Clean the bottom of your Purse!
- Most purses tested have bacteria on the bottom. Nearly 1/4 test positive for E.Coli!
- Microbiologists recommend you wash the outside and straps of handbags regularly with soap and water or Clorox wipes
- Remember bacteria and viruses latch on better in dampness. If you put your bag down on a wet surface, clean it at home
- PET PEEVE: Don't put your purse down on any surface where food will be prepared or eaten! If you wouldn't put your shoes on the kitchen counter, don't put your purse there either!
