Schedule a Group Meeting Yourself...
- Set up a new meeting on Tungle, select a couple of dates and times that work for you
- Select people to invite. Tungle sends them an email asking them to click on a link to highlight their availability visually on the calendar. They do not have to signup or download anything!
- Tungle coordinates everyone’s replies, and shows you visually on your calendar when the best day is for everyone. You select the final date, and Tungle will send a confirmation email.
...Or, Share Your Calendar and Let Friends and Colleagues Schedule Time with You - Send your Friends or Clients your Tungle calendar link. They don’t have to signup to view your calendar. And, they don’t see details, just when you’re busy or available.
- Your colleagues can make an appointment directly on Tungle
- The appointment will then sync with your original, regular online calendar. Tungle takes care of replies, timezones, email confirmations etc.
