Top 10 Uses for Used Dryer Sheets
Many Moms forgo dryer sheets for personal or environmental reasons. For those who like to use them, it makes sense to re-use them before they go in the trash. Below are 10 creative uses for used dryer sheets:
  1. Freshen stinky sneakers by placing dryer sheet in shoes overnight
  2. Deodorize garbage cans, drawers, and hampers with dryer sheet on the bottom
  3. Tackle smelly gym bags
  4. Prevent musty odors in suitcases, camping equipment, and other items stored in garages and attics
  5. Dust TVs, PCs, and Venetian Blinds with dryer sheets that attract dust and don’t allow it to resettle
  6. Wipe pet fur off clothes and furniture with sticky dryer sheets that attract fur
  7. Polish chrome car grills and stainless steel kitchen appliances with dryer sheets that scrub but don’t scratch
  8. Wipe soap scum off shower doors
  9. Replace car air fresheners by placing dryer sheets under car seats or in ash trays
