Answer a few questions about your guests and tastes, and you get a final menu, recipes, and even shopping lists! BettyCrocker's How to Carve a Turkey is an excellent resource, as are Betty Crocker's Classic Thanksgiving and Shortcut Thanksgiving. Check the USDA's Holiday Fact Sheet on how much Turkey to buy per person, thawing time per pound, and cooking time per pound. It is not too late to order the entire meal already prepared from Whole Foods! Thanksgiving turkey dinner for 6, with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce for ~ $90.
